WILL GILLELAND

As a personal trainer, I'm passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. My background in D1 wrestling and military service has given me a unique set of skills and experience that I bring to every training session. I started my journey on the wrestling mats of my high school, where I quickly became a standout athlete. I went on to wrestle at the collegiate level at a Division 1 school (NC State), which taught me the importance of discipline, hard work, and mental toughness. After college, I joined the army and served my country with valor for several years. During my time in the military, I continued to prioritize my fitness and health, and I realized that I wanted to help others do the same. After I left the military and pursued a career as a personal trainer, eager to use my experience and knowledge to help people transform their bodies and their lives. Today, I'm an accomplished personal trainer with years of experience helping people of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals. I'm passionate about creating customized training plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences, and I take a holistic approach to fitness that includes nutrition, stress management, and overall wellness. My clients rave about my ability to motivate and inspire them to push past their limits and achieve results they never thought possible. Welcome to my corner of the fitness world! I’m Ava Votta, a dedicated personal trainer and kickboxing instructor with a passion for empowering others to achieve their best selves. With a background that includes competing in a WBFF show and holding a master’s degree in behavior analysis, I bring a unique blend of fitness expertise and behavioral insight to every training session. I’m committed to a philosophy of being "purpose-driven, not feeling-driven"—understanding that while motivation can fluctuate, our commitment to our goals remains crucial. This mindset helps my clients push through challenges and stay on track. Outside of training, I’m a dedicated mother who loves spending quality time with my little boy. My goal is to support you with personalized fitness, nutrition, and behavioral strategies to make your aspirations a reality.
